Hi, I’m Paul DeMarco, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty. I work with buyers, sellers, renters, and property owners throughout New Jersey, helping people navigate the real estate process with confidence.
I’ve always enjoyed working with people, and that’s one of the things that drew me to real estate. Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and I believe having someone who is approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping you can make the experience a lot easier.
I’m easygoing and friendly, but I also take what I do seriously. When I commit to something, I put in the time and effort to get it done the right way. I’m a strong communicator, I pay attention to the details, and I make it a priority to keep my clients informed throughout the process.
My work focuses on helping people with all types of real estate needs, whether you’re buying your first home, searching for your next property, selling a home, looking for a rental, or leasing a property. I especially enjoy working with first-time home buyers and helping them understand each step of the process without making things feel overwhelming.
I know that every client is different. Some people know exactly what they want, while others are still figuring out which neighborhood, property, or price range makes the most sense for them. My job is to listen, answer your questions, provide honest guidance, and help you make decisions that are right for you.
As I build my career in real estate, one of my biggest goals is to build relationships that last beyond a single transaction. I don’t want to be the agent you only hear from when it’s time to sign paperwork. I want to be someone you feel comfortable reaching out to when you have a real estate question, whether that’s today or years from now.
